There comes a time when we all need some help. Someone to walk a certain path with us. 

Because we can't do it all by ourselves!

 

I am a qualified Psychotherapist located in West Yorkshire and I would love to help you on your journey.

 

My years of experience have shown me one thing - that to love and accept ourselves is the key - and one of the hardest things to do! My passion is to help you  accept and understand yourself more deeply so that you can feel good and create a life you love.

Art therapy is a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being.

Oftentimes we cannot find the words to express how we are feeling but we can say what colour it is, what shape it is, where it is.... this is where art therapy provides another path.

You do not have to be an artist or have any artistic ability; doodles and stick men are just fine! All that is needed is an open mind and a willingness to be creative.

Taking therapy outdoors brings depth and creativity to the work we do.

Nature provides an abundance of metaphors together with a grounding and comfort.

Taking therapy outdoors can have a powerful impact.

Online Therapy is just the same as in-person therapy : the only thing that changes is the setting. Using the same techniques as you would in an in-person session I will help you gain self awareness and understanding. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from us both. But investing time in yourself can lead to  life-altering results.
