Anxiety, depression, stress & grief
Relationship issues, adverse childhood experiences, abuse, neglect and trauma.
Friendship problems
Loneliness
Low self esteem, feelings of worthlessness
Life limiting conditions
Issues arising from any of life's transitional times such as moving house, children leaving home, menopause.
In fact - anything you want to bring.
I provide a warm, safe & confidential environment for you to gain a better understanding of what is troubling you. I deeply believe in the power of an authentic, non-judgemental relationship where you can be truly seen, heard and accepted. This can help you to build confidence and improve your understanding of what's going on for you. All my sessions are person centred and unique to you - ensuring the best possible outcome.

I have been using creativity to aid wellbeing for 20 years. Prior to qualifying as a psychotherapist I worked for a number of charities doing creative projects and mental health projects. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 12 years. I have worked in Adult Psychotherapy and CAMHS within the NHS Primary care as well as working in schools and colleges, working for a number of charities and setting up my own business. I currently work part time in the NHS with young people, parents, families and other professionals helping them manage a diagnosis of diabetes.
Working in these very different sectors has given me a wide understanding of the realities of life. My own life has given me enormous experience - many people want someone who has lived experience - I certainly have that! I have had to look hard and learn to love myself so you know I will do my best for you.

Being creative has played a huge part in my whole life - providing comfort and focus since I was a young child. It is a privilege to be able to share that with others either through therapy and counselling; through professional or creative mentoring or running creative workshops.

I can't fix you - because you are not broken! I don't have all the answers but I do know the power of working with someone who wants to be there, who has understanding and compassion and will sit along side you and help you find your answers. I love my work and my life and I want to help you love your life too.
